Welcome to DilLink. By accessing or using DilLink, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the service.
DilLink is a digital service that allows users to create personalized interactive experiences for birthdays, anniversaries, proposals, apologies, friendships and other special moments.
The service is provided digitally. DilLink does not provide physical products unless explicitly stated for a particular offering.
By using DilLink, you confirm that you are legally permitted to use online services and enter into agreements in your jurisdiction.
If you use DilLink on behalf of another person, you are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to provide the information and media you submit.
To create a DilLink, you may be asked to provide information such as names, messages, memories, photos and other content required for the selected experience.

You agree not to use DilLink to create or share content that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, fraudulent or otherwise harmful.

The current standard price for DilLink experiences is ₹199 per experience unless a different price is clearly displayed for a particular offering.
Payments are processed through Razorpay or another payment provider displayed during checkout.
You are responsible for providing correct payment information and completing the payment through the available payment method.
DilLink experiences are personalized based on the information and content submitted by you.
Because the generated experience is created specifically from your submitted details, you should carefully review the information before completing payment and generation.
Once a personalized DilLink has been successfully generated, changes or refunds may be limited as described in our Refund Policy.
After successful creation, DilLink provides a generated link that can be shared with the intended recipient.
Anyone who has access to the generated link may be able to open and view the corresponding experience.
Keep your link private: You are responsible for deciding who receives your generated DilLink. Do not share it publicly if the experience contains personal or private information.
Generated DilLinks remain available for 90 days from creation unless otherwise stated.
DilLink may make reasonable changes to the service, including temporary maintenance, technical updates or infrastructure changes.
We do not guarantee that the service will be available without interruption at all times.
Refunds are handled according to the DilLink Refund Policy.

The DilLink website, branding, visual design, logos, original software, interface elements, text and other original materials are owned by or licensed to DilLink unless otherwise stated.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, DilLink will not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party service failures, device issues or unauthorized sharing of a generated DilLink.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Your use of DilLink is also subject to our Privacy Policy which explains how information may be collected, used and handled.
DilLink may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Continued use of DilLink after an update means that you acknowledge the updated terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
